[00:00:00] Hi, I am Anne, and I'm Helen. And welcome to Metaphysical Street Smarts. What is Metaphysical Street Smarts? Helen Physical is everything you can see with your human eye. You can see, touch, feel, taste as a human. Metaphysical. Is that what you cannot see? Wifi microwave energy. When you feel somebody staring at you, you can't really feel eyesight.
So metaphysical is that what you can't perceive with the human eye? Street smarts means let's take the woowoo, the energetic, the airy fairy, and add it to logic so that you can have a better experience of yourself. In this one. Let's jump in. Hey. Hi Helen. It's so good to see and hear you. I wasn't sure when I got your [00:01:00] text last night. Yeah, we almost, uh, rescheduled recording. I've just been feeling my body has just been feeling so heavy and groggy and. S just the point that I'm at in my cycle, I guess. And also just so I wasn't sure that today would be a great day to be outgoing and record, but spent some time in the sun and did some resting and got some good vibes from Helen and.
Here we are. That was a really good choice. The sun, the sun is, is incredibly, um, healing for the human body. You'll notice your animals will always choose to lay in the sun if they're sick. And humans too. The sunlight, you know, without overdoing it is just so good for these bodies, um, what you're going through.
Yes, a lot can be hormonal. [00:02:00] Absolutely. Uh, and yet too, there are many levels of cycles. So we have cycles that are. Happening for us in this rapid tra Well, it's not rapid by earth linear time, but it is a rapid transition in our lifetimes. If you think of all of you who would listen to a podcast like this and all the other podcasts you listen to in the books you read and the things you desire, think of where you started as a child, the birth family, the culture, the times, and where you are today.
That is so much rapid growth that no generation before us could really manage cohesively, and it's incredible. Right. It's so, if you think about it, you ha, I don't know if your boys have experienced growing pains yet. I think mine were a little older when they had 'em really bad. My five-year-old is, he's super tall and his [00:03:00] legs hurt him all the time, so we do leg massages and stretching.
Anyway, keep going. That's growing pains, right? Yeah, totally. The muscles, the tendons, the bones, everything's growing faster than is comfortable physically, and we are going through cycles of that hormonally, mentally, emotionally, I. Spiritually, and as we lighten up physically, it's disorienting. So previously on Earth, mama Earth was a certain frequency, and now her resonance is changing.
And then you add in. That these energies are of a higher frequency, a lighter frequency, and our bodies are used to a lot of weight, a lot of density. So you might notice that you can feel really bad and suddenly feel better. You could, um, be really angry and then forget why you're angry sooner than you've ever imagined.
You could be laughing and happiness and then have a moment of crying [00:04:00] and what feels like. Overwhelming despair or grief, and then pop back to happiness. Everything's speeding up, and the human psyche, the human body is unaccustomed to this. So previously on Earth, the ego would measure everything, everything.
Everything that you would see, smell, taste, hear, touch, everything through linear history and many of us who have been practicing meditation or loving kindness or forgiveness or journaling or clearing or growth, we're evolving into this new way of being where everything's faster. It always cracks me up that our phones and technology beat us to the punch, but that's where we're headed.
And when I look up something on Google, I don't have to go through all the histories of what got me the information I'm reading, and I don't have to go through all my history of why I'm asking the question. I can just get a [00:05:00] question answered pretty instantaneously. That is really new for the human psyche.
And so our sweet, sweet bodies are attempting to keep up with all the rapid changes at all levels of being. So yes, you wanna play with that in a meditation. Let's do that. So we'll set up, um, we'll do a 15 minute meditation here and, uh. That's gonna be our episode for the week, so I think that'll be great.
And our, our intention is that the meditation is something you can use as often as you want, uh, to help you feel more stabilized as everything within you and around you is sometimes in great chaos, sometimes internal, sometimes very light tremors. Sometimes it feels stable, and then it all cycles again.
Mm-hmm. Yeah, this will be really good. I think. Um, this'll be on repeat for me for a while.[00:06:00]
Perfect. Alright, let's jump in then. Okay. All right. So please be sure you are not driving or operating machinery. Uh. You've decided to do this and relax. So you're somewhere where you won't be startled or abruptly interrupted. We always recommend that you can come back to it when you're in a safe space.
So right now on Mother Earth, so many things are happening. There's so much energy changing. There's so much astrological influence, vibrational transformation, and transfiguration. And so some of us in our sweet human bodies are feeling the chaos. And so I invite you. To take a big breath and gently relax.
Relax, another big breath, listening to my voice, knowing there's really [00:07:00] nothing for you to do for the next little while except listen to my voice and choose consciously choose to relax, and you could playfully imagine. Stress just releasing from your feet and maybe it feels like warm water or maybe it feels like sand draining out of you, like the sand in a time class.
Just becoming aware of your amazing, miraculous feet, your feet that take you everywhere that are so balancing and supportive. Mobile. They can run, they can squat,
they can be exhausted. Just letting them relax and gratitude and playfully imagine that even your knees [00:08:00] behind your kneecaps, behind your knees could gently, completely relax and let go. And that relaxation from the knees just runs down the shins, the calves through the intricate ankles, and again, out of the soles of the feet.
And now bringing our attention to the pelvic area, the hips, this amazing connection of the legs to the torso. And could you soften? Could you soften the largest muscles of your body, the glutes, letting go of everything that you find to be a pain in the tush? Just letting it go for a minute and imagine these big quad muscles and the hamstrings.
Just imagining, perceiving and tending the relaxation of all these muscles and [00:09:00] tendons and connective tissue, knowing. That your miraculous skeletal frame will hold you in position. And now thinking of that pelvis area, the lower back between your hips, your root and sacral chakra. Could you soften your belly?
Could you feel supported by all the many people listening to this recording? All of us seeking to have a more centered, confident, authentic experience, and imagining now your rib cage protecting all your major organs. Your living skeletal system bone that is alive, creating marrow and blood flow nutrients.
How empowering is it to connect for a [00:10:00] moment in gratitude and imagining playfully that you could even see? Soften, the sternum, the rib cage, the mid back, even maybe relaxing the organs for a moment, allowing them to work and do their work in a relaxed state of gratitude and acknowledgement,
and now bringing your attention to your shoulders. The top of your shoulders, your shoulder blades, your upper back, and isn't it delightful to imagine that relaxation would roll down your shoulders through your triceps and biceps through your elbows, through your forearms, through the intricacies of your wrists?
And to all of the many, many muscles and chakras of your hands. Your [00:11:00] fingers, that button and tie, and sip and pull and clasp, and release and receive and give just such a miracle. And blessing them now with loving gratitude and intentional relaxation.
And you might even feel, you might even be aware of a tingling, a swirly, a sensation in your palms life force.
Love force, energy, vitality, awareness, and again, now playfully bringing your attention to the top of your head. Imagining you could relax your scalp, really relax your scalp, and all the intricate muscles of the eyes. Imagine you could even relax your ears [00:12:00] again, aware of the living skeletal system of the cranium, the jaw, the teeth.
Such a miracle and relaxing. Now even the nose, the lips. The tongue, the jaw, where we hold so much tension, relaxing, all of it. You might even find that you need to swallow and imagining the throat, all of this relaxation just flowing down the body. It's such a delightful thing. Such a loving, self-loving thing to choose.
Relaxation on purpose with purpose. Always aware. Are in this relaxed state that you're completely safe, and that always your skeletal system supports you, supports your weight, and in this chosen state of relaxation, [00:13:00] I invite you to imagine that from your heart, from the bottom of your heart, a beautiful root system grows.
Down, down through the torso, down through the legs, down into Mother Earth, all the way down anchoring you, and in this connection, anchoring to the core of the crystalline center of our planet, you might even perceive. Interpret the chaos as the planet is shifting frequency. Maybe it's a little bit like turbulence on a plane.
When I invite you, I remind you, you could choose to feel safe, a tremor, an energetic tremor that is a part of our daily lives now, and just go ahead and [00:14:00] energetically give that connection to Mother Earth. That grounding in whatever way you perceive it, an energetic. Attack knowing that no matter where you go in the car or in a plane or walking, biking, you are always connected to the center of the planet.
And now playfully, imagine with me that from beyond our universe, beyond our galaxy, there is more. There's a beautiful sense of creation, of light, of so much more wisdom, and kindness and goodness and expansion, and imagine that as golden light, maybe like sunlight, comfortably warming, relaxing. Beautiful life force energy coming in through the top of your head and just [00:15:00] relaxing into this, letting your mind relax, letting the busyness of the mind quiet for a moment.
Letting the mind and the heart sink up in this beautiful golden energy.
And now imagine that you could inhale bringing a beautiful golden green energy from the earth representing physical life, physical vibrational life force, beautiful, golden green, pulling it up into the heart. And also with your breath, inhaling this beautiful golden light, this spiritual light coming to the heart to merge the spirit and the physical.
These colors representing our intention to feel the frequencies of unity. And in [00:16:00] this moment as you listen to my voice and choose to continue relaxing, imagine this unified field in the heart of spirit, of mind, of body, and of heart. The true center of who you are, the heart, the powerhouse. Of creating, of giving, of receiving goodness.
Imagine this multidimensional, unified field within your heart, within the core of you, and feel the strength of it. Feel the strength of it. Feel the strength of the truth of who you're, you're not your fears, you're not your. Physical discomforts, you are not your emotional traumas or distractions. [00:17:00] You are so much more than any temporary feeling or sensation.
You're this magnificent being, this multi-dimensional being who has imagination, memory, who has a biology, a system of biology and chemistry that is beyond duplication. That magnificently creates more health than you can even desire and think about in any given day, this amazing consciousness that is you, this multidimensional consciousness.
That has power in atoms that you cannot even see. Cells. You cannot even imagine DNA. That's impossible to perceive with the human eye, and none of it is stagnant. Your entire body, even the [00:18:00] spaces between the cells and the atom. Is thriving with life force energy, with source love, the unconditional love of creation in every, every level of your being.
And in this moment of rest, in this chosen moment, to engage at this level in remembering the strength, the power, the congruence. Of things beyond human comprehension that we are imagine feeling. Feeling coherent. Coherent, always in your desire for more good, more good for you, more good through you, more good by you, more good from you and to you.
Congruent, always rebalancing. Life has many ups and downs, highs and lows, [00:19:00] challenges and rewards, and yet you are congruent and the wonderful miracle, the metaphysical unified field that is you. And in this moment, I'd like to suggest to all levels of your mind that you could experience the chaos. The imbalances, the discomforts of life in a more balanced way, accepting that they're all temporary stages and it's all right.
That you have been through hardship, you have been through every emotion. You have been through pain and sickness, and yet always you return to the magnificence of love and creativity of giving and receiving at higher and higher levels. [00:20:00] Sometimes it may seem like one step back to quantum leap forward.
This is the truth of who you're knowing, that you can at any time come back to this cohesive, unified, multidimensional sense of being within your heart and out gently. Consciously taking a big, deep, deep breath. And as you exhale, playfully imagine, exhaling down, down, down, through the body, through the earth, down to the center of the earth.
This is our symbol of grounding, our intention to feel more congruent, more confidence, more cohesive, even as there is great change all around us and within us. [00:21:00] This symbol of grounding our intention into the. 'cause these bodies that struggle, these bodies that feel so much, these bodies are of Mother Earth and they are the most magnificent gift.
The gift for our spirit self, our consciousness to explore, to play, to evolve, to choose. It's very good to be, it's very good to be a beloved child of a good. Loving, creator, and now another big breath. And this time as you exhale, begin moving your fingers, your toes coming back, coming all the way back, coming back into consciousness.
Feeling grounded all the way back.[00:22:00]
