Anne: [00:00:00] Hi, I am Anne, and I'm Helen. And welcome to Metaphysical Street Smarts. What is Metaphysical Street Smarts? Helen
Helen: Physical is everything you can see with your human eye. You can see, touch, feel, taste as a human. Metaphysical. Is that what you cannot see? Wifi microwave energy. When you feel somebody staring at you, you can't really feel eyesight.
Helen: So metaphysical is that what you can't perceive with the human eye? Street smarts means let's take the woowoo, the energetic, the airy fairy, and add it to logic so that you can have a better experience of yourself in this light.
Anne: As always, we invite you to take what blesses you and leave the rest. We're so glad you're here.
Anne: Let's jump in. Hi Helen. How are you doing? Hi, Anne. I'm doing great. [00:01:00] Good. Good to hear. I had a question for you. If your week had a title, what would it be?
Helen: If my week
Anne: had a title. Yeah.
Helen: Holy smokes. I know. That would be my title. Holy smokes. This was a, it's, it was a week of, um, different types of intensity. An intense week.
Helen: Not really, 'cause I still feel chill, but there was more intensity than usual.
Anne: Yeah. It was coming at you.
Helen: Or around me. Mm-hmm. And it's interesting that I was able to stay in peace. That's fascinating to me and I so appreciate it. Gotta say how many thousands of hours of tapping did that take? And, um, you know, not just my intensity, but intensity.
Helen: For others that I got to witness and, and, um, and contribute peace to. And so I would say holy smokes and gratitude because I'm glad that I am who I am today and that I got to be [00:02:00] a peaceful witness of a lot of chaos for people and myself.
Anne: Yep. If that's our chaos. We'll take it, right?
Helen: Yes. Compared to the way I used to think and feel.
Helen: Yeah. I'm like grateful and yet filled with compassion for the people in the, in the intensity where they don't have peace yet. Um, and the compassion can be intense too. You know, when I see clients, I always say, oh, I'm so happy to see you, and I'm so sorry you had to make an appointment. It's like, and even when friends call or wanna do lunch, it's.
Helen: You know, more often than not it's 'cause they need a, they need some, need, some peace. Yeah. And I'm so grateful to, to be able to hold steady in it. And yet I'm still working on the compassion not being so intense that, you know, I, the truth is I still struggle. I wanna. Complain to God that reality should be easier, and yet I'm closer every day to giving that up.
Helen: So [00:03:00] there we go.
Anne: We have an awesome meditation this week on balancing masculine and feminine.
Helen: Okay everybody, so please don't be driving. Please be in a comfortable place where you can shut your eyes and simply relax as you listen to my voice. Nowhere to go, nothing to do. Decisions to be made. Choosing to physically relax as your mind is guided by my voice, and imagine for a moment.
Helen: How many people are listening will listen in the future? I've listened in the past with nothing to do, no decisions to be made, simply choosing to relax and listen to guidance and have a personal [00:04:00] experience that connects you to every person listening to this meditation or any other. And as you do your personal work of exploring, of releasing, of intending, of allowing, of co-creating, you bless not only yourself, not only your circle of influence, you bless all of us seeking.
Helen: Through various tools, podcasts, meditations, tapping, energy, work retreats. Bless all of us in your seeking, and Ann and I, thank you. And we thank all those participating, even those that we will never know or meet, and in this connection. Now remember, [00:05:00] there's nothing to do, but relax and listen to my voice and let your mind, your subconscious mind, your heart.
Helen: Give you the visuals that lead you into the next expansion of goodness for you,
Helen: and just imagining now that you can feel the chair, the bed, wherever you are. The support that holds your body, knowing that as you physically relax, your skeletal systems, your muscles, your tendons, your connective tissue still holds you securely safely so that you won't fall. Isn't that an amazing thing?
Helen: This body of yours, this mind of yours, just choosing to let all stress and tension release from the body, and settling in now, [00:06:00] settling in, releasing all stress and tension from your feet. From your legs, from your belly. Dropping those shoulders, checking the face. Is it relaxed? Is your forehead soft? Is your jaw relaxed?
Helen: Even your throat? The physical body, it's such a beautiful, loving thing to relax it on purpose, to let it take a break. As you do inner work, fully supported, wherever you are aware of the sounds around you, the support that you're sitting or lying on, feeling safe, feeling appreciative for the air that you breathe.
Helen: The shelter that you're in, letting the body just relax in safety and [00:07:00] comfort. And I'm inviting you in all levels of your mind to imagine now that you're in an art gallery and there are partitions or walls, long wall, short walls. It's almost like a mini maze. And this is your gallery. And as you enter, maybe look down, see what shoes you're wearing and your imagination.
Helen: You're walking into this gallery and you're alone here. So are you dressed comfortably or dressed up? Just let your imagination, your subconscious mind, give you any visual you would prefer, and you're walking in and you're alone, but not lonely. You're curious. This is the gallery that represents memories of your life and on [00:08:00] each wall, each partition, however your mind organizes this, are beautiful.
Helen: Paintings are blown up. Photos, beautiful colors and depth and feeling of moments of your lifetime. And as you wander through, you'll see there are some that remind you of great emotional pain. There are some that just move you with the fear in it, or the sadness or the loneliness. Those are there, and yet there are so many of wonderful, momentous occasions of connections and friends and celebrations.
Helen: So many beautiful. Moments of memories all captured in this beautiful art gallery.[00:09:00]
Helen: And find one painting or photo, whatever you prefer, and stand in front of it and allow your subconscious mind to give you the picture of a memory and really looking at it. See what you feel. See what you feel, what you remember, and what you feel as you remember and remember how you felt. Then imagine that you could smell, hear, taste, if it's appropriate, whatever was going on at the time.
Helen: The temperature, sunshine, or air conditioning, or cold or fabric, rain, whatever it is that's appropriate. What were you seeing? What [00:10:00] were you interpreting? What does it symbolize for you?
Helen: And as you stand there in front of this, this memory pictured in this gallery, imagine the frequency of it, the vibration of it, interacting with your frequency. Wherever you are sitting, as you meditate and imagine, imagine that you can dive in at a physical level, sight, smell, taste, touch, sound. And at an energetic level of experience, of emotion, of thought, of curiosity, or great emotion.
Helen: And as you engage with this memory, I invite you to go a little further now and see that it'll at all times in your life, you are a multidimensional being. [00:11:00] You have memory, you have imagination. You can picture the future or plan for it, like planning for a vacation or a trip or a party that's in the future that doesn't exist yet.
Helen: You can bring up a memory like this as from the past and either one, you can experience in the present moment. You are a multidimensional being, having a very unusual experience of being human, and now imagine. Playfully imagine. Give yourself permission to imagine that in your multidimensionality, in your ability to project through linear time, past, present, future, imagination, memory, intention.
Helen: That you also realize that you are so
Helen: amazingly [00:12:00] complex, not just your chemistry in your body, but just beyond belief in its complexity, not just your mind. Not just your hormones,
Helen: all the energies that create your experience and looking at the symbol that your subconscious gave you in this one projection of memory on the gallery wall. Imagine that even as your wear out of your peripheral and behind you, that there are more memories you're engaging right now with this one and see that in.
Helen: It how you perceived it then, which may be different than how you perceive it. Now, there's an aspect of you that we call the masculine energy. The masculine energy that thinks in logistics and productivity, and A plus B equals C. The [00:13:00] masculine energy that wants answers or wants to know what it's creating.
Helen: Once it's goal, it's logistics, it's strategy, it's. Logic, there is that part of you even in this memory. And then there's also the feminine that doesn't care about any of that, the feminine that may feel great emotion, and yet truly the feminine desires to connect as you are connecting to this memory. Now the masculine represents the human mind.
Helen: The brain mind mechanism that functions, that keeps you functioning, that deals with linear time, that deals with give and take learning, forgetting on purpose, choosing the amazing masculine energy that is the human mind [00:14:00] and the feminine energy that we call the human heart. The heart chakra, the feminine energy that doesn't really care about the past or the future.
Helen: The feminine energy that is seeking, seeking, always seeking to feel safe and love to give and receive love and kindness and patience and laughter and connection,
Helen: and you are both of these energies and so much more. You are the part of you that is stuck in the past and the part of you that is unsticking yourself. You're the lower dense consciousness that feels fear and resentment and all the emotions that aren't so fun to feel, and you are the higher consci. The amazing higher self that's leading the personality, the mind, brain [00:15:00] mechanism, the heart, the personality, self, the ego itself into growth and expansion.
Helen: You are all of it. All of it. Can you see it in the depth of color? Can you see it in the depth of feeling? Can you remember what you felt in this memory? What you questioned, what you chose, what you did, what you did not do, and did your heart feel connected or did it feel afraid and hesitant, injured and unsure?
Helen: And what did your ego do? How did your ego perceive this?
Helen: You're truly a multi-dimensional, multi-layered complexity. And as you stand here in front of this representation, the symbol of this [00:16:00] memory, how do you feel in your body that is sitting and listening and imagining? How do you feel today? Are you wondering if you could have done it differently? If you could have imagined it differently?
Helen: If you could have more of the same, if you could forgive?
Helen: It doesn't matter what it is. It's the experience of using the mind led by the heart.
Helen: Does the memory invite you to forgiveness, the joy of cosmic forgiveness, or does it invite you to create more connection, more celebration. Or does it invite you to feel empowered and good about all the progress you've made? Does it invite you to feel your courage,[00:17:00]
Helen: your doubts, your progress, your limitations or your strengths? Just one painting, one photo in a gallery of so many memories. So many memories. Yes.
Helen: And now playfully in your mind's eye playfully, imagine that the observer, you in the gallery, in the imagination that the observer, you lifts up higher and higher. Apparently this gallery has been set up in a big warehouse and you can float above the walls because they do not go to the ceiling. Imagine going higher and higher.
Helen: And looking down at all the many, many memories, all symbolized by paintings and photographs, captured moments, symbols, and see [00:18:00] the diversity. See the progress, see the changes, see the stuck points from a different perspective.
Helen: See? How beautiful your life is with its challenges, and its disappointments and its hardships, and its goodness, and its celebrations, and its connections. And maybe you could pretend that the warehouse has no roof and you could go even higher. And this art gallery, these walls, these paintings, these symbols are miles and miles and miles, long or square, miles wide.
Helen: Because you are all of it. You're all of it. You have felt every emotion in great detail. You have encompassed every thought pattern, [00:19:00] every emotion. And I'm inviting you now to consider that always there's a masculine aspect, the human mind that thinks plans, prompts, action, or non-action. The human mind that says, wait or move, ask for, or give.
Helen: And the feminine, the heart. Imagine these two energies. The heart and the mind are seeking harmony. The masculine and the feminine that we have represented in human form. Dancing together, even with music, the lyrics, the sound of music. So beautiful. That's the feminine. Connecting people across all different cultures and generations, and it is the masculine that produces the sound and gets it out to the world.
Helen: The masculine that creates [00:20:00] the instruments that are used, the masculine and feminine. These are both of your strengths. Both yours, could you imagine an entire gallery filled of memories? And at any time you can visit and feel safe observing and choosing to co-create your next experience. Will you lead with the mind until the heart is healed and brave and feeling safe?
Helen: Or will you lead now with the heart because you've done the work with the mind and wherever you are on the journey? Sometimes the masculine will lead and sometimes the feminine will lead, and always, always, it is never the end. You get another opportunity. [00:21:00] And another. And another. So wouldn't it be lovely if you could see a lifetime of evidence that you have always been learning how to balance the masculine and the feminine for your benefit and the benefit of all in your circle of influence.
Helen: Could you see from this gallery perception, this imagination, this visualization? That everything has happened. Good, bad, hard, easy, joyful, sad, and yet you have always gotten more right than you've ever gotten wrong. Always. Always in every way. And that you could trust that you are always growing and expanding and choosing more and more skill to dance in joy with the masculine and [00:22:00] feminine that is you to lead with the feminine when it's appropriate.
Helen: And to lead with the masculine when it's appropriate to be the one in choice to make mistakes and learn from them. To leave guilt in all the early, early pictures to leave regret, to leave judgment, to leave self-criticism before in the past, and to look at all the canvases yet to come. To be in choice to know you are safe, making as many mistakes as it takes to embrace the beauty, the magnificence of you, and I am suggesting to all levels of mind that you can come back into this gallery, your gallery, anytime you choose to expand.[00:23:00]
Helen: The love relationship with the multidimensional masculine and feminine child and adult self that you are,
Helen: and know gently with much gratitude to yourself. Take a big breath. Fill your body, wiggle your fingers and your toes coming back down, coming all the way back, coming back into consciousness, fully back, feeling very, very good.
